I've heard of it happening...For me, this problem only occurs in the preliminary dating phase. I try to play it cool but at the same time I try to show complete interest, and it just seems that nothing is having much of an effect! I'm "glad" to see someone else feels me on this, although "glad" is quite an ironic word given the circumstances :)

Sometimes it feels like I'm overflowing with love. How do I express the depth of my emotions to somebody without scaring the **** out of them? When I set eyes on someone, I get tunnel vision and can't focus on anything else. For some people, this is too intense and as for me, I end up emotionally destroyed/numb when I put it all out and it gets discarded. How do I strike that balance between intelligent caution and foolhardy lovesickness? I want to be in love again without fear or anxiety of the end coming. I want happiness. Do I just need to find somebody who's INTO being spoiled? Is it a matter of preference, or a universal rule that I'm breaking? Clue me in ladies (or well-informed guys)...I'm tired of keeping everything locked up inside, but so scared to push anybody away. I appreciate any advice!

I was one of the unfortunate souls to fall victim to the Myspace Angles. You know, the people who have 20 different photographs, all of them diagonal and from an above angle. Turns out, that angle is the difference between sexy and WTF. I know from experience. It was quite unpleasant.
