Ive seen a good deal of 'down the well' shots.
Best ones are making the fish lips face with loose cleavage and maybe a frito caught in there.

my first husband was 5 years older than me. Marriage produced 2 daughters and lot of arguing and him leaving for hours at a time. Divorced after 11 years. Then I was alone for 19 years. After kids grown, I met a man 18 years younger. After talking and going out to eat (and that's all) for 2 years, we got married. Traveled, worked, owned a business, enjoyed our families, no one EVER mentioned age. He seemed older and I seemed younger. Great times in my life. But in the end, he began to drink again, after going 23 years without alcohol. That was the beginning of the end. Still loved him, but it wasn't safe to live with him. Long story to say Age makes no real difference to me.
