Josh... I wake up 7 days a week at 4am and go to bed between 9-10pm almost every night. I work 10-12 hours a day during the summer months and 8-9 during the winter. I pray for snow so I can get a week off to relax.

For me, when I feel tired, its usually around this time of year and daylight/darkness play a roll in it, as well as weather and exercise. I'm fortunate my job give me enough exercise that my oxygen levels are ok. Another factor is what you are staring at. If ya get up and move around every 15 mins, it keeps the blood circulating... anyway, just me thoughts and experience.
