Actually, yeah, fairly new to both the site and the area. Just got back from a deployment so I would have to correct you in saying I'm not a sailor, but a Joe, Grunt, Dog-faced Soldier(or, simply, soldier) but I am in the army.

I would suggest Openoffice.org. It's worked fine for me so far and you don't run the risk of downloading a virus like you do on limewire.

It might be the longest thread ever, but it would be the most valuable one. Also, if you got the Admins in on it, they would be able to warn or ban offenders who appear on the list. That way, there are consequences besides public embarrassment and a possibility that someone hasn't read the thread.
