Sounds like you've got this down to a science! lol .. Your date sounds like my ideal date as well. If it's the first date, you don't want to be TOO rogue.. stick to the basics. They are cliche date do's and dont's for a reason, they work. I am generally a lady and like to be treated as one.. note I said lady, not princess. Old school works, and please don't expect full on action on the first date.
