Alone, in the night, I wander. The stars above guide me, and I follow, unquestioning. My destination is unknown and the journey, I fear is long. Where am I going? Am I allowed to ask fate that at least. I trust. I follow. But where am I headed? Is it a place that I want to be? Are these stars sure that this path is the one that I should on? Am I headed toward the flighty Aquarious? The earthy Taurus? Still further into the darkness of the unknown future? Blindly I stumble on...trusting that the thorns I pass, that cut my tender heart and make my soul bleed are necessary...but for the first time in my life I stop to ask...are they? I question my direction...and fall into the abyss of self doubt and remorse. Turning my jaded eyes toward the heavens I beg for the strength to trust in fate for just a bit longer...for the strength to continue to move through the darkness, and pray that the sun is not to far from the horizon...for I fear my time of trusting fate in the dark of night may be running short.
