NO FLOWERS.... something more unique something maybe she mentioned or mentions she likes and doesn't think you remember her saying
I agree flowers on first date not a good idea. After you have dated awhile if you surprise her with a potted plant or seeds for perenniels, the message behind the gift will let her know you are hers forever. Maybe a CD she likes but hasn t gotten yet, or a favorite stuffed animal, or maybe a gift certificate for a manicure . I also agree with this. If, once you have met and decided that what you have is definately worth taking to the next level, then consider a gift. I always send or deliver a gift to a fella if we've had a good time together - even with friends. A note card and a little box of candies. A little bear with a flower is alway good. A small gift like a pen or pocket knife - if there's been a disagreement. Or such ... These are only 'thank you' type things. They arent meant to be gifts to the hostess (when you go to dinner at someone's house) or a 'Just Because' gift (after things get on their way). Just an idea.
Good luck!! |

I got to tell you ladies... If you got a list of things Ive got to measure up to ...see ya You'll never be happy and your gonna make me a miserable person. Standards are Fine but like me for who I am and Ill do the same. These aren't demands or a wish list of the person you are with. These things come naturally over a period of time. I would never demand these things from someone I just started dating or a partner. Alot of these qualities come through trust with your partner as you grow closer together. Alot of people on here have been burned by their partners (both guys and girls). I would never ask someone to "measure up" because that would be selfish on my part. Good qualities are an attraction no matter if you're a guy or women. Very well said, Twitch. HERE! HERE! |
