Just hurrying to wish you all a WONDERFUL NEW YEAR! May your blessings be many, your obstacles be few!!! The wind is blowing so hard here (there's that word again)  , gusting up into 70mph at times, have lost power several times today, is why I'm in a hurry to get a post in!

New Year's Eve or day doesn't bother me as much as the other holidays! I look at it as another "new beginning" with hope that the New Year will bring more adventures and being thankful I am celebrating another year!

Carly Simon's "You're so Vain" was playing on the radio, "I Bet You think this thread is about you" started just as a joke. It wasn't meant to take any form. Now it's more of a "seinfield thread", it's about nothing, some started posting there regularly because none of us get too serious about anything, just a place to be "lite & easy" and hopefully share laughter!
