Who or what is Mr. Plod?????? Do you not have Mr. Plod the policeman story-books for the 1st & 2nd year kids in schools? Trust me, everyone knows who Mr. Plod is, here in NZ. He would be the English "Bobby" on the beat. Maybe you call them "Patrolmen" We call them patrolmen, policemen, cops & other things. No, I never heard of Mr. Plod. I'll have to remember that!
