UGH!!!! The doctor is having me drink a little bit of tonic water everyday for spasms (not like cramps) in my legs & feet. That stuff is terrible!!!! what does it do? What? The spasms or the tonic water? the water, I get a pain in my shoulder kinda feels like a charley horse The tonic water has quinine in it that helps spasms, cramps & stuff. The doctor said it'll help with the pain a little too. He told me to have a shot of it every day. Darn stuff tastes terrible but it's not near as bad as having seltzer water by itself! That was really bad! is this just over the counter stuff? You can buy it in the grocery store. It's around the seltzer water. They tell me that you can buy this anywhere!

Thanks Deb...but it's true I thought things like that only happened to me!! It was the first time it has ever happened to me...guess I'm older than I thought.. I'm talking to a guy from another site that lives about 40 miles from here & wants to meet. I'm afraid the same thing is going to happen to me yet again. Well, I'll get a nice dinner anyway.

My area of PA is so dry that ANYTHING will start a fire right now. Even drivers are driving careful not to overheat the grass at the sides of the roads. Would you believe it? Drivers! its been a VERY wet summer here Yeah, Tim. I remember you talking about the flooding & all. if winter is this wet we are in DEEP s--t Yeah. If we get a bad winter like last year, I'll be in Australia before you!!
