Sadly your predicament is a sign of the times; I believe in this age of swipe if you like and readily available hook ups, men don't feel they have to put much effort into the art of being a gentleman, with the ready excuse of 'you women want equality' and all that. Well I'm sorry but the world doesn't speak for me. i once dated a guy who was a member of a prestigious golf club and when i went to a hosted luncheon, all the men at the table stood upon my arrival. I was awed and humbled by this mark of respect.
