For you ladies, this is easy:

For us men, well it's a little more complicated, but I think I've finally figured it out after all my years:

She's not into you, but she thinks your friend is kind of hot.

Considering that I spend the majority of my time by myself (I did the math, and its 99.1%), I'd have to say I set a horrible example for the voices in my head. I'm lucky that they don't revolt against me.

So, I've changed up my workout:

MWF RUN!!! 5 miles, most days I get done in about 45 minutes

TTS Bowflex, it's a forty minute workout of my own design.


Results - still fat, just more tired.
