I think True Love exists guys, whether you believe it or not. It is True Love when you love without expecting anything back. If someone is showing you love that you feel down within you that you don't deserve it...then, that is true Love in short.
I think there is no regular love as you are thinking but that what I find common now is pretence because we are all looking for something from each other. When I man tell a woman that I love you, the next thing is he how to get into her pants and the woman is also thinking of how to spend the guys money..... Interesting.
