There are bugs in the mobile app that the site is working on a fix.

May I suggest that you use your browser and log in the main Mingle2 website and set your filters here
http://mingle2.com/inbox/filters
- click the Mail tab, followed by the Filters link.
There will be a variety of filter options for you to choose from. Once you have chosen your filters, click the Change Preferences button.

doesn't seem to work either, search criteria continues to change from what I set it to, ...... NOT GOOD

That's a fine question, and I am here on the forum looking for similar help, my age and distance criteria continue to change, though I set it each and every time I conduct a search.....
