do you feel a forger would have been that spot on as to have the high resolution fit perfectly on top of the forgery,, but careless enough to leave evidence of all the 'layers'?
One way a forgery could be accomplished requires that the high-res version be the same as the obviously doctored version. Step 1. Remove background and clean up all stray pixels on an original. Step 2. Clean up text by coloring characters with pure black. Step 3. Scan other documents to obtain characters needed to re-spell whatever you want. (including signatures) Step 4. Clean up individual pieces. Step 5. Rework a new document to appear as close to an original as possible. Step 6. Overlay doctored copy over background of choice. I've recreated numerous certificates for various businesses over the years. Regardless of what that guys says, it wouldn't takes weeks to accomplish the cleaning up of that document. 24 hours tops... JPG's do not support transparency. That means that there has to be yet another image that was used to create that JPG (maybe from the PDF?) as a JPG image placed in the PDF would have entirely covered the background. Look at the PDF. Pay close attention to that slit down the left side. Do you still think that PDF is an accurate copy? Deception breeds doubt and that doc is a breeding ground... |

We don't need more laws, particularly laws that govern the Internet. Is everyone so frightened that they want laws to protect them from everything? If so, this fear is what will lead us into a perfect police a state. no, because even if their were laws, I doubt they would be enforced correctly or fairly. So , I will just be a banana. |

Ok, I see your point...I really have no problems with a pic because I'm a guy; however, females have big problems with all the married/attached male perverts lurking in the corners of the web. (That was in response to the girl sitting 10 feet away from me...lilangel)

I am more than skeptical, go to snopes you can find tons of these kinds of stories were it ends up being someone looking for a payout planting it and then acting shocked. I sure wouldn't go as far as intentionally pouring scalding coffee on my crotch for any amount of money!

I think there is proof that laziness might be a wee bit easier to control than sexual deviance. But, I don't even know why I responded to this... there is proof of it , really? actual studies?,,, Im doubtful,,,, people have been duped into thinking they arent in control but people can do whatever they want to or not , whatever they are 'thinking' about the 'proof' I would think is in the fact that recidivism drops significantly with treatment,,,, showing that even a 'sexual deviance' is within our control when it comes to our actions,,, If only life were as simple as you try to make it out to be. Every criminal could be rehabilitated and we could live in a safe crime free world! Treatment obliviously doesn't work in all cases. So you are saying we as a society should keep paying for a criminals treatments even when that person has showed it obviously is not working? Why doesn't this surprise me? |

an assumption is never fair. if you think i am giving him a benefit of doubt on what he has done, then let me say that i am not. i simply am not dwelling on his (or anyone's) past. the past is unchangeable. if his house was raided and pictures were found, than i could see how he was up to his same old tricks. he failed to report. that doesn't mean he had pictures, was using pictures, or had thoughts about pictures, it means he failed to report. why he didn't comply, only he knows. when he has his day in court we might get to find out, or he may plea bargain and get lost in the system again society looks down on convicted felons who are trying to get their lives in order. twenty, thirty, even forty year old convictions haunt these men and women all their lives. even if they do their time and "pay their debt to society" it never ends for them. has former president bush lived down his dui conviction? will he ever? for some, once a felon always a felon Let's see... * Convicted twice for aggravated sexual assault of a minor. * Convicted once for having tens of thousands of child pornography pictures. * Gets out of prison and immediately starts creating a series of false identities and social media profiles. On what grounds should we give him the benefit of the doubt? As for paying his debt to society, that's just not possible. His evil will linger as long as those girls he molested (including any he might have molested without being caught) are in this world. Possibly longer, as the neuroses they developed as a result of their victimization might be passed down to their children in one way or another. Pedophilia is also a crime that reproduces sexually, the act itself can produce more pedophiles. The victim can become the victimizer. If "Lex" produced more child predators, how can his debt to society ever be paid? It's simply not possible by any stretch of the imagination.

one can only hope he gets raped and tortured in prison .!!! jmo I don't care what statistics say. . . most victims of a sick twisted mind like that usually end up a statistic. . . or wish they were later on in life. What gives a person the right to take that away? "But rehabilitation can help!" It hasn't helped this one since 1990, how many more children have to suffer because people think they deserve another chance? In my opinion, the first was too many. |

Look around at the other ones that have been posting on here for years with little or NO clear pics. Start checking some profiles and then decide if they are really WHO they claim to be. I don't need these kind of people as frinds. I have plenty of REAL friends. I don't care who I offend. Dating sites should make people put up clear PICS of who they are! This will weed out the married ones too! Who are welcome to be here, but don't need to be DATING here! how would a clear pic change anything, people can post pics of anyone,,,, and this site doesnt require one even use a pic of themself, as its for mingling and anything beyond that is up to our own risk,, just like real life,,, For some odd reason, this does seem to be a problem for some people. I don't understand it. It is extremely easy to get clear pictures to put online, yet some people say they're unable to do so. It's just an excuse. |

America desperately needs a viable third party. They don't have one now. If Paul runs as an independent, he will just draw votes from Romney and may cost him the election. GOOD! Because she doesn't have enough faith in Obama to win on his own. That's why Romney is now 3-5 points over Obama?
