Bah, anyone able to direct me to how to block someone? I went to her profile but am not seeing anything that would allow me to do so. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Well, y'all were right and so was my gut. I just have zero luck with these kind of sites. Played yet again.
Got home from work, first thing I asked was how her day went. Guess what? Her water supposedly got turned off and she needed help getting it turned back on. Yeah. Lucky me. Does my pic look like I'm gullible? Sure I need a trim since I'm a bit shaggy but geez. Thanks to all of you that seconded my gut instinct. I'll eventually learn to trust that feeling again. |

Yeah, that's what I kept waiting for all day today. If that comes up, then I'll know for sure.
Thanks. |

I've only been on Mingle2 for a short time but I found someone who looked interesting in her photo, she 'match'ed me and we've been chatting for a few days via Google Hangouts.
I have to admit being a bit gunshy when it comes to chatting to people from dating sites or whatever they are called now. The last few times I've attempted it, they've all been scammers. So, I am wondering what you all think. She's asked me what I am looking for (in a lifemate) 3 times. She's told me her interests 3 times as well. And asked me, for the 2nd time, what I do for a living. Am I getting scammed again? She's not on Facebook so far as I can tell (and she says she's not). Her name is sensible for someone originally from Italy. However, I'm having difficulty with her syntax for someone who says she's lived and worked in the states for more than 5 years. Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive? I hope someone can set my mind at ease. Thanks. |
