Man up and move on...sounds harsh but it is really what you have to do. I too was involved with a controlling woman, I walked away and made the conscience effort to pick myself up and be happy in life. Be straight with the women you date as to what you want and dont want and let the relationship develop before you get in too deep. Take some time and make sure you know what you want and set your goals. Good luck!

I have never understood people being afraid to talk to someone via Im unless they first know them.....what can possibly happen on an IM? A direct conversation is always best in my opinion.

We all know how hard this forum is to meet the love of your life, There are age issues, distance issues and more than that issues with trying to get to know someone through a computer. You need to back away from the rude remark and just sit back and be a friend first. If love comes of it, great! If not, so be it. Geez Did I really have to make that reply to a dude?

From one man to another, STOP IT !!!! Live each day as a new day and appreciate what is in front of you instead of whats behind or lurking ahead. Enjoy each moment you have with your woman and treat her as the queen she is to you and it will come back to you 10 fold. Life is way to short to live in fear and insecurity. My best advice is to see counseling, get a grip on your emotions and love Jen the way she loves you. You have to know by now by acting this way it wont be another man taking her from you, it will be YOU pushing her away from you.

There are alot of great people on here, I have talked to quite few and consider them friends....with that said getting them to actually want to meet face to face has proven to be a challenge. True the distance factor, but even the ones that are close chose to remain behind the Computer screen too much.

Dont let your daughter get wrapped up in this, there are a ton of great guys out there and if you all are patient enough you will find that good things truly come to those who wait.

I thought it would be easier than this to meet someone. We finially have a free and easy way to get out and meet people with Just Say Hi, but it seems that the women on here don't want to meet anyone, they only want to chat.
