awwww, Angel, that was sad, and it's never easy letting one go that you love.. but sometimes what God has in store for us down the road is much better.. at the time we may not understand it, but sometimes we have to let go and let God do his work..

In this moment in time
reflecting on life
the things i've went through
just to survive

Giving up was never an option
There was no way I would fail
using all of my God given strength
to fight and previal

In this moment in time
I have come so very far
there were precious few that helped me
and they know who they are

It's the spirit I have
even if i'm down
I always get back up
to fight another round

In this moment in time
even though i'm still alone
never letting go of hope
because that's all i've known

Without a goodbye

Time seems to move slowly
but sometimes it can be fast
and you never know
which day will be your last

You look at the clock
you watch and you wait
but it seems all we ever do
is just hesitate

What have I done
with my time
have I been good
have I been kind

Was I afraid to take chances
that I should have took
should I go back
and take another look

Will I have time
to fulfill my dreams
not much is left
or so it seems

Time is so uncertian
and you never know
as you watch it all go
right out the window

There was a time
when I was so bold
maybe I should give up
maybe i'm to old

When I was younger
I never thought about time
now I realize
it can stop on a dime

As I go through time
should I have changed
is there anything in my life
I should have rearranged

Time seems
to move so slowly
when you are on that path
to find your one and only

I wrote this a while back, figured I would post it to see if anyone has ever thought about time in this way.. our life won't last forever, ans some of us are getting closer to their lives running full circle.. life is to short to play games, so if we are truly here to find that special someone, then we should be bold enough to give it all we've got.. jmo..
