Topic: Demand full refund
I've been on this site for less than one day and have seen nothing but scam artists. I've already turned off auto renewal, but I also want a full refund of all charges to date. Please advise on steps to receive refund.

I'm prepared to report this business to BBB if this request is not honored promptly and professionally.
