I think it depends on how honest the 2 person are and if that is what they really want !! Because lots say something just to get what they want. But if the 2 involved are honest about who they are and what they truly want, yes I guess it is possible!!! If i have been communicating with someone and I ask him to talk on video chat and he absolutely wont do it and comes out with all kinds of excuses all the time, then nope, its not good
