Did you know that the position you sleep in may not just affect quality of sleep ... but also your health and looks ......

Left sided lying places more stress on internal organs and unless you are pregnant .. Should be discouraged .

If you have to sleep on your side .. then right sided sleeping is recommended . ... however ... keep in mind ... lying on either side increases your risk of wrinkles and sagging boobs ( sorry lads no reports about what this does to your scrotum)

The recommended position by most musculoskeletal experts ...., back is best (Except if you snore or suffer from sleep apnoea )
Variants of supine positioning such as the starfish , place too much stress on joints to be considered beneficial .

So...... If you wake feeling tired ... Stiff .. Or .. Achey .. Then perhaps a change in sleeping position may help .
