::He watches Kelandra leave, though says nothing really, he just looks down afterwards and can only ponder how she knew this story when its never left their library and has never been truly heard by ears outside his home. Was.. she from there too? He shook his head and looked up to the returning Mishrona, as he regained that bright smile.::
"Feeling refreshed?" |

"I would like to visit this grand library someday" "Yes, I would love to return one day.. Tis the only place I've ever known to be something close to a home.." :;He looks down slightly saddened by the idea, knowing that it may not even be possible ever again.:: "Yes.. the scale to the top of the mountains is extremely far and treacherous and now it is overun by demons and all types of evil monsters.. this place rests high above the clouds.." |

((for the GM, she leaves, spends about 20 minutes wandering to ensure she hasn't been followed, making VERY sure of it. Then finds safe place, out of sight and takes care of her jewelry. During the time she waits, she practices with her weapons)) [LOL, ok.]] |

"That is an interesting book you have there my friend." "From whence did you acquire it?" "..from the Sage's Library in his castle, or, at best, what remains of it.." "Was this the only tome that remained in the ruins of the Sage's Library?" "Oh, quite the contrary.. There is a massive library that fills an entire section of the castle.. I always got lost in it as a child, and my brother used to hate having to track me down in it. This book was always my favorite.. My mother use to read me stories from it when I was a kid.." |

"Oh do sit down you silly man." Cassi chuckled at Garrisse's outburst. "So, would everyone like to say a bit more about themselves?" ::He looked between everyone, he held the finest interest in every detail of everything as he moved a bit more towards Kelandra, he places a hand on her shoulder as he whispers softly into her ear.:: "..you are not alone in your pain.." ::But then he sat back again and looked around everyone, he would not urge anything from her, just a comforting set of words, nothing more as he looked between them all.:: |

"I would like to meet this Great Sage as well" "You as well? Well, I wish you much luck, sir. Simply because noone knows what became of him or what he looks like except the Disciples.." :;He ponders for a moment before looking up to him again his eyes wide with an almost youthful excitement.:: "..are you all heroes who've come to aid the Disciples in restoring the peace??" |

Mishrona moves off a little, still in the light and heat of the fire and takes out her bedroll. "I'll take first and second watch if anyone wants to get some rest. I'll watch and the first to go to sleep or the one still up is the one I will hand off duty to," Realizing she was taking charge when there wasn't a need for it, she immediately backtracked her words, "if...if no one has a problem with that." Looking suddenly timid, a look that is in stark contrast with the woman that jumped up to defend all others present when faced with the horsemen. "I thank you for your offer, but it is you who appears to be in need of some rest. Please, feel free. I will make sure you are ok. I have not slept a wink in so many years.. I know not the last time I've felt such an urge." ::That smile remained vibrant as always.:: |

"A grand tale storyteller" "Fit for the bards" "Oh, sir, I am merely reading from my book.." ::The book was rather large and probably had over a 1,000 or so pages that was all in the same distinct handwritting; meaning, more then likely it was appropriate to assume.. he had written it himself, or someone else wrote the entire contents.:: |

"Since the Great Sage's disappearance.. the Disciples, who are all of different races and ties.. have slowly began to drift apart and become cold, and distant without his guidance, though they still obey his final request.. as they pursue a way to find him.."
::He looks down for a moment.:: "..my brother is no exception. He has become very distant, even with me lately.. So that is why I left his side and began to travel the world in hopes one day I might find this Great Sage, and revive the warm spirit my brother seems to have lost.." |

"It truly indeed is a pleasure, milady." :;His smile brighten with her kindness and welcome as he slowly moved over. It was a rather diverse and scary group, in his mind anyway, but he didn't show much in the sense of fear; after all; if he knew those men, he certainly was overly accustomed to it.:: ::His eyes moved to the one who called himself Ahn'rak, as he nodded, that smile remaining.:: "Tis truly a pleasure to make your acquiatance, sir. I also applaud your boldness, but those men should not be underestimated. Those.. were the Disciples, well, to be honest, a handful of them, anyway. Not all as are vagrant as they, mind you. Ingurrian is just misunderstood alot and Ixij, when you get to know her, is rather much more charming like you milady." ::As he takes Cassi's hand and lightly kisses her palm, before letting go and sitting close to the fire, setting his book down upon his lap.:: "So, what brings all of you out into this empty valley on such a brittle cold evening?" Ignoring the fact that the boy is not talking to her, she speaks to him, "Disciples? Disciples of what, or who? I would think that if he were a little more cordial upon first meeting, then he would be less likely to be 'misunderstood'. I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name." ::He denoted Kelandra saddened demeanor, but would not enforce something painful to her, and then he looked to Mishrona, as he tilted his head slightly to the side almost amazed she's never heard of them.:: "You've never heard of the Disciples?? Really?" ::He grabbed his book as he opened it flipping through the pages until he found a chapter designated entirely for them.:: :;He then began to tell the story... "In stories long since forgotten to the hands of time there was a castle that rested nestled on the highest peak of the Dwanen Mountains. This place was not riddled with secrecy and beauty but it was also a truly sacred place that was home to an old and extremely wise Sage. You see, fellow traveler, within this castle was the Temple of Crystal Dreams and the Historian, if you will, for all that is this world we thrive in. Some believe the Sage, as well as his domain existed before the Pixies began to flourish. He could tell amazing tales of times before any recorded existence but upon the first arrival of Queen Silvernarion, it is said that he had already foreseen all the troubles that would befall the lands. Within his temple he gathered together his most loyal of subjects and forged the table of the Disciples. The Sage’s sole intention was to protect this planet and his world by any means necessary and no matter who it might have been that threatened his peaceful world. Unbeknownst to even his own Disciples, that darkest of evil alliance were being formed right beneath his very home. These 21 Disciples swore to protect, not only this world, but this castle, their home, with their very lives. Touched by their devotion and loyalty, he bestowed certain powers amongst them and ordered them off into the world to cleanse the evil. These Disciples set out to find the worthy heroes of every race, tribe, culture, and lifestyle to help preserve this planet. The Disciples, somehow, remained unknown throughout the histories of the world, though they were there; present and accounted for in every last skirmish and war. They battled the harpies and even the hordes of Lord Pythonian right up until his sudden disappearance. Who truly knows; it might have just been one of these men who finally found a way to banish him. It was shortly after Pythonian’s sudden disappearance that the Disciples, also, disappeared. While their whereabouts remained unknown for centuries, I can assure you they do still truly exist. Ever watching over the Sage’s World, ever vigilant in protecting both Brombear and the planet itself, and never faltering in their oath and sworn promise to maintain the peace and order if evil should ever find a way to rise once again…" ::He took a moment as he looked up from his book.:: "More recently, however, this castle was devastated by a sudden and massive invasion from the demons.. The Disciples, backed into a corner, tried to get the Great Sage to flee.. but he would not, and instead..he gave them one last order, before he simply vanished before there very eyes.." |

Her smile a sparkling invitation, she motion for the boy to join them. "It truly is a cold one indeed, please, join us. I'll let the girls introduce themselves. I am Cassi. It would be delightful to add you to our merry crew." "and am Kelandra, Night Elf!yes do join us ,as it is always a pleasure to meet others and become acquainted." "I'm Mishrona." then she simply listens. "Cassi..Mishrona..Kelandra..Ahn'rak.." ::He smiles brightly trying to remember all the names; and then he realized something.:: "Oh dear! How rude of me.. I'm Ajare, the younger brother of Ingurrian." |

Mrs. Night Elf." ::Perhaps he misinterpreted her words, but oddly enough, he believed her last name to be Night Elf, and not what it truly was.:: |

::Even though they were gone.. the party felt the never blinking eye that was watching them but held no true source. They might not have been able to define it; but there was an everlasting presence. It was an almost dark and chilling sensation.. yet what these few wanderers had yet to realize was something...::
::It was then suddenly a voice rang out from behind them.:: "..I do hope you can forgive them.. they can be quite.. disconcerting. I assure you, they truly mean no ill-will as he said. That Ingurrian, though, he truly does lack manners." ::If any who turned to look as this lad, would notice he was a young boy. Roughly around the age of 17 or so, but his tone, his professional manner, he seemed incredibly bright for his age which was quite misleading. This boy held no weapons of any sort, only a book within his tanned hands. He wore glasses that he kept eaching up to press back with his finger. He had a warm soothing smile, which was the exact opposite of those who were just there.:: ::He simply stood there at a distance for now, as his head lowered slightly.:: "..do you mind if I join you? It truly is a rather cold night.." |

Her cheeks turned a warm pink at De'Lana's nudging. She looks towards the man. "I've yet to meet someone who didn't open to me. It's odd to have someone not drawn to the happy air that tends to surround me. What is it that puts you off?" Her eyes are sincere as she watches for his reaction. "..is that so?" ::He seemed to just simply look away.:: "..Sorry to say; but you've already answered your own question.." ::A riddle, so to speak, was his reply. Did he mean that the idea of actual happiness is what deterred him? My, he could just be the oddest of people sometimes.:: |

"..my intentions are beyond your grasp. I have no quarrel with you, but you, and protector of the trees, even you are on my soil. For this valley stretches for miles.. and you will find not but a few trees scattered.."
::He remained on his horse as he merely just eyed the two as they seemed extremely hostile, the one rider whispering in his ear as he nods to him in response.:: "..Now, if you will excuse us.." ::The one called Ingurrian, raised his right hand as the pack of horses all raised onto there back legs and turned and as they landed they kicked off and began to charge off in the opposite direction from where they came moving further and deeper back into the valley.:: "..ladies.." ::He bowed his head and then followed after them. Within a few moments they were gone and they could no longer even be heard.:: |

::In the far off distance, you could hear the loud thumping of a stampede of horses, with a few distinct 'H'ya's' being yelled out in between. It sounded like a small group of riders; but it wouldn't take long before the seven of them came into view. Almost instantly the group was in plain sight of them; as it had been that campfire that gave them away.:: ::The riders all came to a stop near them; each looked dreadly frightening, decked in full suits of armor. One dismounted as he moved slightly closer. His large, thick sword sheathed across his side as he raised his hand to lift that twisted black helmet. He shaked his head for a moment, permitting that long silver hair to come free from its previous binding he looked amongst them for a moment, but for the moment he said nothing; he just simply peered his eyes over each; one to the next.:: "..you are all new to this Valley, are you not?" At the sound of the horses, Mishrona is immediately on her feet with her hand on her sword, but not with it drawn. She is ready and has moved out to the space between the men on horseback and her new friends. Once he speaks, she does not relax, only answers his question, ready for battle if need be. "I am, though I cannot answer for my new friends. Who are you?" "I m'lady.. am called Ingurrian.. and I have a feeling our paths will cross again." |

"Aye, that would be a reliable assumption, m'lady. Though, I do not wish you ill-will either."
::He bowed his head slightly.:: "We are merely wandering Knights who try to maintain order and peace amongst this Valley. We've not seen travelers in these parts in quite some time. Just be weary at night in the darkness by thy self. The evilest of beings have begun to freely roam these lands without fear and we've not a clue as to why they've grown so unaccustomingly bold." ::He again bowed his head slightly to each respectively before he turned again slipping his helmet back on over his face as he grabbed the reigns of his horse before pausing. His voice sounded slightly different but still remained clear and understandable.:: "..and do not tread through the mountains without a guide; that is my advice to you.." ::As he slipped back upon his horse hesitating for a moment as he looked them over once more. The other riders just stood there, the horses breathing out small patches of smoke from their nostrils.:: |
