Well the internet does make the world a smaller place so I would say it is but one has to wonder what % of those are 100% genuine. If it's a young woman from Africa (for example) & a much older guy from the UK (for example) I would hope that the older guy isn't sending money just because of a few sexy pics & some nice words on a computer screen.
