My first choreographing adventure has just seen it's final Curtain.
Closing night was tonight. It was a great run and I'd love to try it

Mike, I'm sorry you were by yourself last night in here... I was out
getting praise for choreographing a show.

I must say, it's my fist attempt choreographing a show and everyone has
really enjoied it. YAY!!!

Hey! I'm cuter then Molly Ringwald. YEAH!!! I rock!

Anyway, enough about me. Thanks to all of you who responded. A lot of
new names I haven't seen before. That's refreshing. And Lex, of
course, it's always great to hear from you.


Anyway, I'm glad that I got some peoples attention. Maybe I will have
to wander to the general topics area. But I'm scared.

Need I say more... i think my headline says it all.


To be honest, I've gotten very little feedback/contacts from this site.

I won't say it can't happen, but I don't find it likely. I know a few
people who have met a long term companion online... for some it's going
really well... for others not so much... but isn't that true of all
relationships, no matter how you met?

Yes... please everyone, don't get me wrong. I love to hear from men who
are actually interested in talking or emailing. I just don't like being
bombarded with emails from men who are just hoping to "tap that."

Also, I didn't really appreciate the insinuation that just because I
want to wait more then 15min. to choose to meet someone in person that I
must automatically be a virgin and therefore scared of sex or
something...

I'm not scared of sex... just stupidity!

I'll admit I'm kind of a small mover in the world of online dating. I'm
pretty new to it and have had friends with great experiences with it and
friends with bad ones. however, I think there are somethings that you
shouldn't ask within the first 10-15 min. of IM-ing.

If a persona asks if I want a boyfriend I'm honest. I'm not sure what I
want from this... I'm just trying it out. Then he asked if I would meet
him. I said not at this time. I'd like to im and email with him for a
bit longer before agreeing to meet. Then, after these last two answers
he asked me if I was a virgin. Please tell me that you can see where he
went wrong and that you can also find the humor in this.

I can't believe he was that forward for one thing. For another, here's
a tip everyone (especially men)... women don't want to be asked that in
the first 15 min. At least wait an hour

So Chicago... anyone doing anything really fun this weekend? I'm seeing
my friend in a play tonight and then tomorrow is filled with church,
helping my friend paint his new condo and rehearsal for the show i'm
choreographing.

I agree with sodamnsexy... plus I've always been told that I act older
then my age (probably why I find myself more attracted to men within
5-15 years older then me). I just find that the men in the early 30s
age range sometimes freak themselves out about "how young I am". It
obviously doesn't bother me at all...

But I'm really glad to see so many people commenting on this topic.

I agree that age doesn't really matter. I just think that a lot of guys
who are 30, 31, 32 get weird about age. They are freaking out
themselves because they aren't in their 20s anymore, and so they start
making non-stop comments about how young I am. They get so insecure
about it I guess. It happend to me last night at a bar with a guy who
is 29. He's 5 years older... who cares. I have a rule: I won't date
guys as old or older then my mother. My only exception at this point is
Colin Firth (great english actor).

I'm 24 and I often find myself attracted to men who are older (30s). I
personally don't see this as a large age difference, but a lot of the
men I'm interested in talk to me and treat me like I'm a child. It
usually ends up making them feel uncomfortable that I'm younger.

I'm wondering if anyone else has any thoughts on this topic. I'm sure
it's come up a million times before, but I'm really new here.

WHAT'S UP CHICAGO?!?!

I'm pretty new on here so I thought I'd introduce myself to all the
Chicago Area people. How successful have you guys found this site?

I'm a new memeber and I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I have
tried the online daying thing in the past and never had much luck, but I
