Anyone from CT that wants to start up a dialogue, let me know. Seems
there is NO ONE from this state, and I just want to put my theory to the test. If are, or from around here, would like to talk about stuff to do around her, etc. -Ian |

I'm recently relocated to CT, and am looking to network here, meet new
friends. If you're in the area, and just looking for someone to chat, don't be a stranger, send me a line. |

I don't know if there is a "God" per say, at least not the Christian
version. But there is "something" that drives the universe... something as amorphous as infinity cannot very well be interpreted by something as finite (even though it's the most powerful computer we know of) as the human mind. That's why I think faith plays THE part in determining ones religious beliefs. We can't prove anything. For instance, you can't PROVE that your mom loves you. Oh you may say she gave you life, and took care of you, and cradled you in her arms when you were ill, and made you PB & J sandwiches; all signs of a loving mom, but does that PROVE anything? How do you know your mom loves you? You just KNOW, you believe, and that makes it true. I'm not a Christian, or Catholic. I am spiritual in the sense that there is something greater, and that has to be my faith, my cross to bear as it were. Not to make this tangent go on any further, but I personally would love to "know" a belief like Jesus and God as do many devoutly faithful people. My doubts are not so easily assuaged, however, there is no doubt that there is something. |

Try as I may I could not save her.
The tide was too great, The current too strong, Left treading water I could only look on As my love sank down, down to the depths below... My heart is soon to follow. |

Hi From Stamford, CT

Hello all. Feels good to join the ranks of those trying to "reach out
and touch someone" (I hope I didn't infringe on anyones copyrights with that comment). Anyone kind enough to point me out in the right direction as far as getting the most out of this service, I'd be obliged |
