How do you handle Conflict, confrontation, misunderstanding in your friendships/relationships??
Do you approach it head on? Ignore? Run and Hide? Silent Treatment?? And.....Why?? Myself I prefer head on communication. Get it out...get it over with. But thats just who I am!!! I realize some people need a lil time to think things tru....and thats a good approach..... But the whole run Hide and just be silent thingy is a real.... Turn off. Just seems like......punishment to me!!! Kinda....Childish! JMO What about....You? |

I have been around since Just say Hi. I remember it well and sometimes miss it.
