Off to Panama next month, specifically 8 nights in Bocas del Toro and 5 nights in Panama City. Anyone been to either and any suggestions of what to do, scuba, snorkeling, other tours etc. and who to go with for a 56 year old single male?.

And if you happen to be there during between 10 September and 24 September we may bump into each other!!.

Not sure if this is the right place to report this as it's not exactly a bug.
I have been chatting through Mingle and texting a lady, she just wants to be friends but that's not the problem.
This morning Facebook suggested a number of people I may know, amongst them was the said lady, as a result I now know her last name which she wanted to keep private for obvious safety reasons.I know she has nothing to fear from me, just concerned that I could now find out more about her than she would be willing to tell me and so could anyone else if the same thing happened.

Of course it could be pure coincidence but it seems odd that I have only known her a month and she suddenly appears on my FB page. Can you assure me that FB does not cull any information from Mingle?.

I have met a few people through dating sites and in fact married one of them the reason I moved to the US in 2002. Sadly it didn't work out but we are still good friends.
After the divorce I looked again on another site and had good relationships with three ladies (seperately!) but again things didn't go as planned. Still chat to two of the ladies and lost touch with the other.
However I do agree that you have to be careful, in my case had several really sexy ladies who were much younger (up to 30 years younger!)than me contacting me. I did acknowledge their contact with a great deal of suspicion and sure enough they were asking for money within a few days. I doubt they were even female.
So in my opinion if the guys are pushing you for a quick meeting or relationship or asking for cash I would exercise extreme caution.

Only meet when you are both ready, when you are both comfortable with each other and perhaps insist on using a Skype video call to ensure the person in the photo is actually the person you are chatting to.
There are a lot of honest men and women on this and other sites, I'm just saying to be careful of the few scammers and weirdos.

I have paid fo r the upgrade, and the mutual match does not contain any of the ladies that shpposedly expressed an interest in me or meeting. At least having rated more than a dozen not one on the interest list appeared!. It seems that to rate these interested females I would have email each and every one personally.

There are a couple who I would !ime to rate back as this section states 'You have not rated them yet', however there seems to be no way to actually rate these specific ladies. Yes, on three occasions. Great place for scuba (main reason for visiting) and beaches. I did find it a little on the expensive side but if your into expensive jewellery you'll find quite a choice!. Oranjestad is the big town and where most things happen so I would suggest staying in or near the town. I got engaged at the Pisces restaurant there three years ago. Sadly that engagement was called off early last year (the reason I've signed up with Mingle) but I still have good memories of Aruba. If you go then enjoy yourself!!.
