not sure if it's normal or abnormal. sometimes it happens. but like deluxe said don't let it overcome you. Personally I believe there are no good or bad emotions...it's the actions you take that are good or bad. I would take to my boyfriend about it and let him know how I;m feeling I agree. We have feelings and sometimes they aren't the ones we just love about ourselves, but they are just that!! Normal feelings!! Everyone feels insecure at some time and can't help but wonder if they measure up to the good stuff the ex had. It is about how we behave with those feelings. We can't help our feelings, but have to step back and choose how to deal with them. Good point 
It has been getting on my nerves cuz i don't speak to my ex but if he is on good terms with his i can't flip out. They only speak every couple of months on the computer to say hi and see how they are doing. I guess i have no right to change that. I gotta just him. |

We don't have any Wing Stop around here....although we have this restaurant that on tuesday you get two portions of wings for the price of one

Special K is really good too. I would never have thought so, but it is good and does exactly what the box says! Loose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm down 20 so far! Really? What do you do substitute 2 meals a day with the cereal? I did think of trying that...
