Here is a nice refreshing drink.

Ingrediants:

1-bottle of Strawberry/Pasion Fruit wine cooler.
1- Bannana (Purried) (May be omited if you dont like bannana)
4-5 scoops Vanila or Strawberry Ice cream. (more may be added , depending how thick you like it.)
Milk.
Whiped Topping.
Merechino Cherry.
1/2 tsp-Nut Meg.

In a blender, combine Purried Bannana, Ice Cream, wine cooler, nutmeg and milk. (add milk last, to fill to about one inch from top of blender) Set blender speed to whip, Whip for about 10 seconds or untill mixtur is smooth. Pour into a large glass, top with a table spoon of whiped topping, put a cherry on top.

NOTE: Must be 21 years old for this Smoothie.

This is an easy recepe. The spices, are how I like the taste, you can very them to your taste.

INGREDIANTS:

1 lb Hot or Sweet Italian sausage
1- Medium Onion. (Diced)
2-Medium Bell Peppers. (cleaned and diced)
1- Can (26 oz) Hunts 4 cheese Pasta sauce (or sauce of your choice)
1tsp- Salt (or to taste.)
1tsp-Italian Seasoning (or to taste).
1/2 tsp-Oregano (or to taste)

Boil the sausage to remove excess fat and partialy cook the sausage (it will cook the rest of the way, in the sauce mixture.

In a 4 qt sause pan, Combine the Diced peppers and onions,
sauce, seasonings. Slice the boiled sausage into 1/2 inch slices, add them to the sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cook for half an hour (covered), stiring ocaisionaly) or untill sausage is completely cooked.

Serving Sugestions:

Can be served either on a steak/Hoagie roll, like a sandwich, depending on thickness of sauce, over rice, Slices of Italian Bread, Noki (which can be purchased in super market). or anything else you may like to use.

NOTE: The most inportant thing to bring to the table is a good appetite.

Once again, Sandy and I want to thank all of you for your prayers and best wishes. Sandy left for Ohio this morning at 9 AM, it will take her asbout 8 hours to get there and I am already missing her. As of now, I dont know how long she will be there, but I will keep you all posted on events. I am going to be heart broken, my sweetie Sandy is going back to Ohio tomorrow morning.











But she will be back, she has a family emergency , her Brother-in-law is dying from terminal cancer. I only wish I could travel there with her, but there are matters here that I need to be around for, my Moms health is deteriorating and need to be here to take her to Dr and tests.
