I believe that the second amendment was actually put into place to keep the government from getting out of control. The right to bear arms was actually intended for the people to take back control of the government if it got out of hand. I believe that this is one of the biggest reasons that the government is pushing for gun control. They don't care if criminals have guns as the criminals only use them for their own selfish interests. Since all citizens are now required to register their guns, it won't be hard for the government to seize them. As someone else pointed out, this is how Hitler did it.

Outraged over what? The person was stupid enough to buy a home that they couldn't afford in the first place. If they got ripped off with a sub-prime loan, who's fault is that? No one forced them to buy the house or to sign a loan agreement that they shouldn't have. Wouldn't it be nice if people would actually start living within their means.

Vote NO on this? Do you honestly believe that any one of us will have a say in the matter?

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

Anytime I see the words affordable and accountable attached to a government plan, it tells me that it is nothing more than pandering for votes.

The government couldn't even run a brothel in Nevada and you want them to be in charge of healthcare?

I have talked with one person from here. Never even thought about what she would sound like before we talked. I now know what an angel in heaven sounds like though.
