Yes it can course problems but so can normal relationships. If you go into FWB you know what you are going into but I know you can't help feelings changing as soon as feelings change both involved need to be open and talk and maybe walk away and hope to stay freinds or both start something more serious it worked for Justin Timberlake lol x

Any relationship is difficult regardless of the distance I am all for long distance relationships if you fall in love you fall in love I wouldn't want to just stick to guys in my area anyhow. But at the end of the day one has to relocate to be together and make it last for me it would not be the end of the world for either me or the guy to relocate to make it possible and try to make things work the world is everyone's oyster and the Internet makes things so much easier to keep in touch x

Thank you, smiley. So far I find it very double, mixed feelings. In tears, then understanding and accepting, then in tears again etc. And odd how a gazillion memories come rushing in, esp childhood memories, and realizing that there's so many memories that no one else but me and my dad knew about. Right now I'm not going to cry, I hope. I look horrible. I always get puffy eyes real easy the day after I've cried, and today is the worst I've ever had. My entire left eye is swollen, not just below, but above it too. And I got to go to the supermarket. I think I'm gonna keep my sunglasses on! And try to get a Powerpoint presentation done before Friday that will be shown during the service on Saturday. So I got a bunch of pictures and a few albums to scan etc today. That's likely going to be difficult... I found keeping myself busy helped as much as it could big hugs to you all xx |

My dad loved daffodils. I was thinking about planting a whole lot of the larger ones later this year. Right now I only got the small ones, the tete-a-tete. Last night my dad passed away ... I will plant the daffodils later this year, and think of him when I see them gently swaying in the wind next spring. I love you dad

I'm so sorry for your loss I send my deepest sympathy to you and your family.
You will be numb at first I have lost both my parents and at any age it is heartbreaking no words can ease your pain but I hope you get some comfort from them big hugs are sent your way xx |

I hope it is possible once you sort out the fakes I'm sure there are lots of genuine guys and girls out there that want a true relationship and are honest. Online dating is very common now as is frauds.
I've spoke to a lot of scams but I'm now just started chatting with a nice guy early days but so far so good I'm keeping my fingers crossed and not letting the fakes defeat me x |

Has anyone ever ran up against a gargantuan, massive clock that was cool for the novelty aspect, but when it came time to fit it into a nook or cranny the aspect of finding a place for it became insurmountable? You'll have to forgive me, I could listen to ladies talk about clocks all day long. Have you got a lot of time on your hands then

Yes it would be difficult long distance for a long time but if things are right and one of the couple are willing to relocate for love I think it would work x

Yes I deactivate then activate at times and at times I just stay logged in even when I switch off my iPad so it does look like I am on a lot more than I am if she wants you to contact her it will happen x

If there any awkward pauses online it's not as noticeable but in the real world well it can be awkward lol x

Been speaking to a guy we got on really well I thought he was different then I saw a few red flags appearing but I thought maybe it's me because I have been lied to online many times then boom that horrible question appeared from him and that's it. I worry because this keeps happening will I ever trust online again. I don't want them to beat me but it does get frustrating and hurtful x op ...your going to run across Flags ...both online and off ... but better on line becouse it is easier... to get away from them ... can hurt but ... better to find out sooner then later ... least I believe ... its not about your trust issues ... becouse some men can play the game very well ... on or off line... now meeting them from online to off ... is way different ...I have found ... all the flags can come right out ... that you know ... you can not except ... and if someone that is likable to you ... once that flag goes off for you... is your intuition and uncomfortably feelings ... telling you something is not right ... not trust issues ...

No he wasn't British but lots I have spoken with said they are from one country but when you talk on the phone they have an accent usually x Ah ... okay. To me that is already a HUGE red flag ... There's many here that state they're American (for instance) but currently living in Germany, UK, Switzerland, ..., ... (Take your pick) I always delete those right away. Maybe you're interested in someone from abroad, but I'd stick with "Date regional/local". What you can also do, is get them on the phone sooner, or Skype. Or what many do: have them send a picture, holding up a sign with your name and the current date. Good luck! 
Yes the phone calls are best some make excuses yes another red flag a Skype video is not always evidence they copy videos online somehow but being on Skype for a length of time is better as holding a piece of paper up that's not always evidence either they can photo shop which I have had some bad photos and Skype videos and deleted them straight away if that happens x |
