Good Deeds

Has anyone past or present perform a good deed and how did it make you feel.
I did a good deed today, my son and I were driving to go to pizza hut for dinner when the car in front of us just stopped. I told my son to go see if this person needed any help and was glad to have the help. My son and I pushed this ladies car off of the busy road onto a side street and she needed gas. My son stayed behind to help calm this lady down and keep her company while I went and got a gas can and gas for her car. Came back put the gas in the car and told this lady hey keep the gas can it may come in handy and told her just think of it as an early christmas present. She was so grateful. I feel so good after I knew that I helped a person today. |

He is feeling a little bit rebelious because he is probably angry cuz his father has left, he is probably afraid to let someone else in his life, for the fear this person may leave to. Sit down with your 15 yr old and talk about why he is pushing this guy away.

I havnt seen my son in two years. He's 12 now. All ADHD of him. I want to see him again. I miss him. If you have kids I'm sure you know what I mene. His mother makes it hard. She has A family of her own. They want to keep it that way. Up until two years ago. I raised him. I fell on some hard times. His name is Taylor. My knickname for him was "the buddies", or "buddy". He was my buddy! For all those years we were there for eachother. I feel as though I let him down. To be honest with you. I know I did. A father should be better than this. I'm scared. Should I call him? I do miss him. Any ideas on how I should go about this? I thought about writing him A letter to explain myself and including A calling card. His choice. We were so close. Sad part is I recently moved back into the same town he lives in. Maybe I'm A coward. Love is love. I do love my son. I just want your input. I'm just afraid of what he may say, or think of me. I hurt everyday. Thats how much I love him. Any ideas? Do not sit and write for opinions on this. You are his father call him, I am sure he misses you too. So pick up the phone an call. |

well here i am with a sick daughter at 3am. she tested positive for the flu yesterday.let me tell you this is why i want a woman in my life to to help share all the ups and downs of a child.it looks like women are scared of a single man with a child. hey all you woman that want to be a mom and all i have one and you don't even have to get stretch marks.
Not all women are scared of a single parent, I am one. I hope your daughter gets better soon. |
