I actually have to agree with you on the brady bunch family not being very realistic.

But the Addams doesnt seem very realistic because they seem to be to suburbian-ish to have a butler.

I think you should hide there clothes and not release them back until both kids have signed a contract agreeing that they will take full responsiblity for their clothes.
and you could use that contract for other chores.

I mean when you want a boyfriend badly, it seems like they can sense it on you and it is kind of a turn off to them and they really don't want to be with someone they could have instantly.
They really do like it when you play hard to get,lol.

What you have to do first is assert yourself, stand tall and declare to yourself "I am perfectly fine and happy without a boyfriend, and any man would be lucky to have me" then you will get that confidence and "hard-to-get heir"
