To you, what is the difference between someone having preferences and someone being shallow? Self-Esteem What do you think makes someone shallow? *Lack of Creativity in thought. Inability to understand their own feelings as well as a lack of Empathy for others. Does it bother you when you don't fit into someone's preferences? *Honestly, in the nicest way I could say to them, I could care less. What kind of preferences do you have when it comes to dating? *Not married, drug free, somewhat of a sense of humor, have a job, and they also must be interested in me for me. Are you willing to change your mind on those preferences, depending on the person you're getting to know? *Yes I am, but only for those unique individuals that intrique me. It is very rare. |

Hey good luck.
Good people are out there, just don't settle for the scrubs if you can't find the good ones right away. |

I was'nt kidnapped. Tosa girls would'nt have the guts for that.
Oh, and the coffee date? It was like talking to a deer staring into headlights. Plenty of huhs? and ums..... Perhaps we should have exchanged 100 word essays prior to meeting. Anyway, I've been dating a nice woman from the South Milwaukee/Oak Creek area. Much more pleasant conversation. I've concluded that Tosa is a Stepford Wives breeding ground. |

A friend set me up on a coffee date with a Tosa girl. She told her that I'm from 'Milwaukee'. NOW, I'm going to meet this person, chat it up and have a good conversation, then finally drop the bomb that I'm from Tosa. This is going to be fun.

More missing the point of what people are saying.
Are you people truly this moronic in real life? Read the thread over again while not being partial. It is an obvious Troll bait thread mixed with bashing the political party that the OP is opposed to. If we are going to assume things and imagine things to put in each others mouths, do we really care about this little girl or how to protect others like her? I get the feeling that most of you could honestly care less. you care more for forwarding whatever agenda or bashing those who don't believe as you do. Some people are putting actual thought into responding and trying to figure out what may have happened and I'm seeing some of the most ignorant 'if somebody jumped off a bridge, would you?' type answers. |

new to this internet dating thing. for a first date, where is the best place to meet someone you meet on the internet? Coffee first is a safe bet |

oh sorry. I just realized again that this thread is in the political section. It's not supposed to make sense. |

Because I'm fun, she enjoys being with me, and only she knows how I really am inside.

After reading this thread, I seriously think that some of you actually believe that bad things happen without a reason or cause.
Seriously, is this just a little forum thread trial of the Righteous vs. the Unworthy? Get over yourselves. |

Gang rape is never okay. Letting your child dress like a prostitute is never okay. Send the rapists to jail and start handing out suspensions to kids wearing inappropriate clothes.

When we make decisions in life, sometimes it's better to accept them rather to have them haunt you.
People often mistake a fantastic opposite sex friend for something that could have been much more. I will not, absolutely 100% not even entertain doing something/starting a relationship with one of my female friends. Why? honor, loyalty, trust and I'm real. You can count on me. Maybe we are all not talking about the same types of friends. My best friend is a woman. Does this mean she would be a great lover or significant other for me? Hell No!! It means that she is a fantastic friend and I respect her and that friendship. My friendship for her is real, it's not some kind of joke that could fuel our hormones. We keep each other strong when the other is weak, we share all of our experiences and more than a few times over the years I have protected her. We are like siblings. How is that different? Well, for some of you, it obviously is'nt. If I wanted more and did'nt tell her or had some hidden motives, I would be scum. |

Also, being friends with a past lover is'nt bad, it's just a different type of friend.
Friends first then to lovers then back to friends to me does'nt seem feasable for caring rational people because they see the possible emotional issues that would come up. |

I am open minded to allow for others' examples of where this works. But, my gut instinct is that friends should remain friends, and once you cross the line, you don't go back. I agree, there is nothing like having past baggage with your friends. I think people that want to remain friends after crossing the line are very selfish. |

One club secret that works anywhere.
Don't look at anybody twice after the first time. Look like you are having fun being alone and try to laugh with anybody you talk to. Women that see you having fun will either: 1. Want to join in and have fun with you or 2. Want to hang out with you and try to ruin your fun. Try it |
