It would depend on whether the judge grants bail and how long it would take for his bail to be posted. He should have some sort of bail hearing within 24 to 48 hours. Then, it would go from there. Based on the nature of the charges bail could possibly be denied. Thats what I'm thinking too. Pretty substancial charges. |

Holy Cr*p, whats going on in the world? To many sick people out there now, with the economy the way it is it may just be the snapping point for some.
As far as time he gets, he will probaby be there though to the weekend I would think for now. After that, probably in a hospital ward for a while, then who knows after that. |
