Hello Skpcg, It actually means Inland Empire (just known as IE) and includes Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in California.

Hey everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself on here. My name is Sal Haro. I am a 27 year old chill guy from Riverside Ca. Just got back from Los Angeles where I competed in this years LA Marathon...super sore now :(...lol. Its my 4 LA Marathon and 7th overall. Anybody on here do any running? Otherwise...just say hello :) Sal
