I see a shadow background on a message from a profile member. I see this in no others. what does this mean?

On this same profile member, it shows a line with 3 dots above, what does this mean? I see this under the tab of messages from members and this is the only one that shows this symbol.

I am concerned about scams and viruses.
I hope someone knows.
