Before Not A time before, not too long, in the scheme of eternal and distance, she took her usual place on the rock. The tide could not touch her for she had chosen this place to keep her from getting her feet wet, unless it was her mood to do so. From her vantage point she surmised life as only she would know. From a distance unknowingly, she was observed. The same question came to mind of he who had been viewing her usual. Why does she sit there, day in and day out, no matter the sky, no matter the season? Not has held her captive, Even from the waves. Who can know to save her? She sits upon her grave. I can't stand it anymore
the pounding relentless pounding driving a spike deep inside my brain every thought interrupted with another heartbeat veins strained to a breaking point no position brings relief not heat or cold the pills don't make a scratch all willpower gone the same thought over and over like the rocking of my body I can't stand it anymore. A single tear in the corner of her eye that never falls A single tear in her eye that watch him kiss her and hold her tide.. That never falls...... A single tear as she watch true loving walking down the street holding hands That never falls..... A single tear as she watchs the couple a few tables away so very much in love and happy That never falls...... A single tear as she drives home..knowing no one is waiting there for her..... That never falls..... A single tear as she curls up to read that romantic noval...wishing the story was her happy ending. That never falls..... But.... When the light go off..... As she lays there alone..... A single tear rolls down her check and fall on her pillow and it not alone....... I think you know it is a good poem when you catch your mind drifting to your memories of similar feelings as you read each line. Powerfull! |

I believe that God created everything too. I also believe in science. Inherent contradiction. It's not a contradiction to me. There are Christian scientists, btw. If god created everything extant then then that would include himself, if god does not exist then god did not create anything, if god created anything then god exists and did not create everything. Make sense? Boy you just took this to a new level! Unfortenatley yes it makes too much sense. Maybe just one more unanswerable question to keep us distracted from reality! |

Opening my big mouth is life long endeavor for me. I'm getting better as I get older though. I tend to now just shake my head and hold my tounge untill it really counts. Don't want to pollute anymore air than I have too.
