hmmm...good question. Let's see, I would want to open an A+ Customer Service center. Only hiring those who truly know what giving great customer service entails. Odd, you're thinking, I'm sure but I truly feel that the paycheck earning, "it's just a job" folks that are handling most of today's customer service areas just...well, SUCK!! Customer Service is such a lost art and I would love to be in a position to offer various clients an opportunity to have the first contact people make with their company to be outstanding because they would be treated with respect, understanding, and empathy (for problem issues). I just am amazed lately at the lack of skills anyone seems to possess anymore when they pick up a phone to help someone out. :)
