Sounds like he's enjoying getting you upset. Maybe you get upset easily... Don't give him/her the satisfaction of ruining your day. Be sure that when he/she goes home h/s isn't even thinking about you. Is your manager THAT important to you that you have to take his sh! home with you?

Heartbroken of course, I feel hurt and the pain stays for a longer time but I don't let it affect my happy disposition in life. I don't feel bitter but instead I accept reality that some good things never last and I just lift up everything to God , he knows the desires of my heart... .if things didn't work out it's because it wasn't meant to be..... God has a better plan for me

To be honest I felt like climbing under a rock and dying, but that not being a option I just took the hit and swallowed the sour taste in my mouth.I found concentrating on the small things I enjoyed in life helped out.

I think I know how you feel. Someone that I've loved for the past 4 years has hurt me several times. Several times I've let it go. Forgave it,forgotten it. But just recently she hurt me pretty deep. She is at a total loss. She doesn't understand why what she did has made me not want to have anything else to do with her. She thinks that just because I love her, I should just let it go again. Not meaning to "thump" the bible here. But the word says to turn the other cheek.

But it doesn't say how many times to do it. I've turned the other cheek several times. My face is starting to get sore. So, I guess you can say,as for me, I'm at a point to where I don't care anymore. I've gotten to a place to where I'm not going to let her hurt me or break my heart anymore. No matter how much she cries or begs, I'm done. It's bad when someone you love pushes you to that point. The willingness to forgive has dried up. Now, just leave me be.
