i wish we had snow. i woke up this morning, and it was pouring rain.

i like mine black, and strong enough to walk on. no bacon for me, i'm
vegetarian...

awake and starving. time to go find breakfast.

it doesn't necessarily have to be a picture of you. a lot of people here
have pictures of something else. it's just nice to associate somebody's
handle to some kind of image, whether it's their face or a picture of a
cat's butt...although please don't use pictures of cat butt....

no band will ever rock as hard as led zeppelin. i first started bass
because i figured "4 strings, 4 fingers..." then i got a five
string.....

but now i'm concentrating on upright, because it is by far the coolest
instrument ever invented.

jean luc ponty is the balls. i have never played an electric violin. i
do know that violin is a pain for me, because i'm used to the way a bass
is tuned, and because the notes are so much closer together. i'm used to
having to keep my hand spread quite wide. but as long as you dedicate
yourself to an instrument, and pay your dues, you can learn to be a good
player.

maybe mine is just too small a target, and she tries to stare at it and
misses...

haha unfortunately, i cant tell if shes looking at my butt...

don't be ashamed of liking country. a lot of it sounds really hokey, but
that's just because of the instrumentation. there are a lot of really
well written country songs, and a lot of very talented musicians playing
them.

i have 22 days worth of music on my computer. i probably have something
all of you would like. i'm not old enough to remember the 70's, but CCR
is timeless. i played clarinet for 9 years, started playing bass in 9th
grade. now i'm a jazz bass major. i also dabble in drums, guitar, piano,
flute, and violin. i also sing in chorus. i've been listening to a lot
of early free jazz lately.

you didn't step on anything. this isn't just for my benefit; we all
wonder what the opposite sex is thinking.

paperwork and a bottle of wine. romance at its best....

what's your favorite kind? who is your favorite band? do you play an
instrument or sing? do you wish you could? music is my life.

this girl's roommate's sister is my friend, and told me she has a bf.
but the girl has not mentioned one at all. i spent a lot of time with
her yesterday; went to a museum of medical oddities (she's a nursing
student with a bizarre sense of humor), got food, then she went to visit
another friend while i went to a rehearsal. then we met up again and
watched a movie at my place, and then i walked her to the train station.
when we parted ways before my rehearsal, she kissed my neck (i assume
cuz she couldn't reach my cheek).....i'm a little confused.

i think everyone likes to be able to associate an image with a name.

so i know you can't generalize about such things. but are there things
that tend to be good indications she's into you?

this season is so intense! right off the bat jack bites a chunk out of a
guy's neck; later he kills curtis, a nuke goes off...what's gonna happen
next?!

wow. this is an intense thread. my grammatical pet peeve is people who
put periods outside of quotation marks...

btw i got an IM from you, but it didn't say anything...

there's a good chance you could be charged with kidnapping. i would
check with the authorities first.
