Well since i dont know who this man is i can only guess. If the first meeting didnt happen due to financial reasons then thats probably whats keeping him from you now. As for telling him how you feel, I would say that after six months of talking to him you should know what hes looking for. Does he want a relationship? Did he just come out of a relationship? How old is he? And how does he feel about long distance relationships? He hes someone that you truly feel is a friend you should not be sacred of talking to him. He will let you know he he feels the same way or not. Better to find out sooner than later, i think.

although they NEVER seem to work for most people in the long run... I am completely down with having intimate moments with my friends... I just make sure it doesnt become a super regular thing (like every weekend or every time either of us goes out drinking). well there is a HUGE difference between cheating and having an open relationship. cheating is going behind your partners back. having an open relationship is not sneaky or coniving. though many people will still say its not alright. it is personal choice. but most people cannot handle it.
