Guess...I'll go visit a shrink. (Ever since three of my close friends have died lately, I am just not the same.) I may not be on JSH for a while. I will miss all of my good friends on JSH. Blessings to you, bud. If one doesn't do you good or blows off an appointment, go to another. I been there and done that. First one didn't work for me and blew off a follow up visit. Second one I visited did the trick.

I also found that eating a bagel really helped my frame of mind. Don't know why it works but I do know it works for me. Could be worth a try, and cheaper than the doc's visit.

Also, recommend you trust in the Lord. Read Psalm 23, visit your local church, and call me in the morning.
