Ok ladies, what do you think about someone with no picture in their profile? To me it sends up all sorts of red flags...but the main red flag it sends up to me is MARRIED!

Well I'm not a lady, but since your all so negative this morning I'm gonna respond to this anyways...

There could be several respectable reasons also, just off the top of my head...
-Not owning digital camera (yes some ppl still perfer film, i know its hard to believe)
-Shy
-Wants to be judged by who they are, not how thier nice thier "assets" are.

They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, I think that applies to even if the cover is blank.

So how does that explain me, then?

ever think..that maybe they just started site and havent got around to pictures yet...or havent any picturs on line????i guess i always like to look for the positive side...thew best in a person...

always wonder what they have to hide...unless they are useless at downloading

I think you might be speaking of a very tiny fraction of the cases. "If it looks like a duck"....As far as judging a book by the cover...well,, one factor that people just seem to want to skirt all around is that 98% of a relationshuip is physical attraction. Nature gave us visual cues to be attracted. It is called chemistry. It is nice to think that someone might fall in love with you blindly, but reality is it is the whole package that is attractive.

JMO but if you are joining a site for dating, why wouldn't you have the forsight to have a photo of yourself???

So if I consider your point, I have to add DUMB to a reason why they don't have a picture.... I too like to look for the positives.... I don't like to think people are dumb.... until they prove me wrong that is....

I can see the "wanting people to get to know them first" but I personally have to have some sort of attraction to them.... Call me shallow.... but isn't it better to know this upfront about me, then to talk to me for months and months then find out I am a tad on the shallow side???

It's ridiculously easy to get a picture online. ESPECIALLY for a "dating" website.

"I don't have a digital camera." - Well, 1 in 5 people do. More people have digital cameras than have cell phones, if you can believe that.

"I don't have five friends." - Walgreens will TAKE your picture for 5.95, two of em! Wal Mart portrait studio will take eleventy billion pictures of you for 9.95! With different backgrounds!

"I don't have 5.95." - Then you should concentrate on getting a job, rather than getting pictures.

What is ur response 2 my dilemna then.I have sent several e-mails 2 mngmt,& they have all gone unanswered.Of course I agree w/ur comment concerning physical attraction,but I'm greatly concerned however in regards 2 inner beauty or lack thereof.(imo)
