Dane Cook makes me want to staple his lips together. I DO NOT understand what anyone sees funny about that guy. To me he's just a moron with a microphone. Yep, I'm just waaaay out of touch.

I really like Dane Cook. I don't know about him using other's material, but find his humor so funny!!!! I also like Craig Ferguson. Both use some animation, with their humor, that spices it up.
 
His skit about taking a girl to the movies was soooo funny. His mouth is a little bad, but gosh he's cute and funny. Guess humor is an individual thing. |

I'll just take your word for it, tonight. I thought he was creepy in Mr. Brooks and didn't even know he was a comedian, until recently. His character in the movie was supposed to be creepy. Found his special(s), so funny, one Saturday. Sure turned my mood to happy.
The dedication was to his mother or sister, which I found touching. Humor is catching and mockery a great form of flattery, though I'm not in that line of work and can't know what other comedians perceive. Not disagreeing with you, but Wikipedia has had some falsehoods. Seems to me the U.S. has become sadly great at bashing anyone, they can. It's sad to see the stars that most gladly want to enertain, being torn down. |

EVERY comic "steals" from other comics. Some are more blatant about it, and stealing from your peers is in bad taste but there's nothing new under the sun. I just don't think he's funny at all. |
