A 45 year old woman thought she was looking a little tired and decided to see a plastic surgeon for a face lift.

The plastic surgeon told her she did not need a full face lift and told her about a new procedure called "The Knob". He explained to her that a knob would be installed on the back of her head and she would be able to "tighten" her face with a little twist of the knob
whenever she felt she needed it.

The woman had the procedure done and for 15 years she was very happy with it. Then, she decided to go back to the surgeon as she was experiencing some problems.

She went in to see the surgeon and told him. "Doctor, for 15 years I have been very happy with the knob but I have two problems that I would like to discuss with you. First of all, I have these two big bags under my eyes."

The doctor looked at her closely and said, "Madame, those are not bags, those are your breasts."

To which the woman thoughtfully replied, "Oh, then I guess that explains my goatee."
