omg..you wouldn't believe what these guys at the house set up for me.. I didn't realize what good friends some of them were I had one of the best birthdays in YEARS

This isn't a guffaw but I wanna tell y'all about last night..what a blast.
I usually like to go to karaoke when I can. Well, the guy that does the karaoke at the bar I go to is also the singer for a rather popular local band.
Anyway, some of the guys here talked to him about one of their upcoming shows..which happened to be yesterday, and asked him if they would let me sing a few songs with the band. (I used to be the singer for a few bar bands years ago). So they did 5 songs that I can sing realllly well and allowed me to do backup vocals for other songs. It was kinda funny tho. There I am on stage, mike in one hand, my cane in another as I limp around with a walking cast singing away
