I have been noticing alot of single fathers on this site. I just want to say that parenting is hard and being single and doing it is ten times harder, so to all those single parents out there, I want to say, stay strong and continue to do what you know is right for the kids. Your payment will come the day they realize and appreciate you for all you did for them.

My kids just this last year finally told me that NOW they see what I did for them. They are 25,21,18, I never regretted them and I am glad today that they are the people they are becoming.

They gave me hell, do not get me wrong, I have grays to prove it, but it is worth it in the end.

But just a small note to say you are all doing the most important job in this nation, you are raising our future citizens.

Very well said! It certainly is a hard thing raising a child and an even harder thing letting them go when it is time. I would do it all over again!
