ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh you have to start off slow......and add repitions......you cant go from 100 lbs to 320 lbs!!!! WHEREEEEEEEEEEZ THE A535???? STAT!!! 
did not loose that much in my time off
100 might has well just stay in the house

are you trying to bulk up muscles or tone??? I like to just tone so I would do 10 or 20 lb weights.......

I ussually do lighter weights alot of reps like 3 sets of 20 reps versus bulking heavy weight low reps |

Easter=bad day
Cause every part of my family wants to get together (and usally bring casseroles, nothing else except GOD AWFUL CASSEROLES!) and let the little kiddos go hunting for eggs, and it rains every year so they hide it in the house and the house is normally only 3 rooms big, and add 20 to it and it sucks =( |
