Hey I was handed a picture tonight at work of a dead cougar, supposedly hit by a car near Eagle River, but I can not find anything online about it. Does anyone have any information on this or other cougar sitings in Wisconsin?

Well found the guy that brought the 1st copy to work, he didn't really know much about it & I could not find any news about such an accident.

West Bend,in Washington County has been reporting one has been spotted there My idiot sister called in a sighting of a cougar in West Bend. She and my mom live there. She said it was "bigger and more athletic than a dog". Apparently upon inspection of tracks and droppings for where she sighted it, it WAS a large dog, "German Shepard, most likely" was what the government cat finder guy told my mom and sister. <shaking head>
